Art Gecko
+ Paul McIsaac support
The Hamilton Jazz Society proudly presents Art Gecko at our Christmas concert, Sunday 15th December, 4.30-7.30pm at the Waikato Commerce Club, 197 Collingwood Street, Hamilton. Art Gecko will be supported by Paul McIsaac, a favourite of our members.
Art Gecko continue to evolve as the popular broad-based social band that play Jazz and Blues standards along with modern tunes. Last year, the band added the lead guitarist Tony Baucke to their line-up and he has added yet another dimension to the band.
Art Gecko have always actively sought to nurture young talent and Art Gecko is introducing a local and exciting young guest singer, Stephanie Helliwell. The band is looking forward to playing for the HJS at their Christmas Concert, as they have done many times since the band was formed 26 years ago.
We do hope you will join us - we are looking forward to a great afternoon’s entertainment; it is a nice way to finish off your weekend.
Refreshments, snacks and meals are available for purchase from the Club.
